Mark,just a fwiw, in a recent information security survey we undertook here in SA the overwhelming majority of users in various categories (including information security "expert") use Internet Explorer. The next most popular was Firefox. The other popular browsers like Safari, Opera, Mozilla, etc accounted for less than 10% combined. And the Windows OS accounted for 96% of all users and even 88% amongst users who consider themselves experts. I think its a virtual strangle hold :)
