Good point. I'll ask them to verify that. We are able to print to tray 2--at least from Word via VBA but VFP seems unable to send documents anywhere but the default tray, tray 3. It's a bit odd since both applications use the same same printer. It really looks like an application problem but, I've been surprised before. Thanks for the suggestion,
