As it relates to church leadership and to leadership in the home, women are to be submissive to men (according to my beliefs.) However, they are not worth less to God. They are not less important than men. They are not less valuable than men. Simply stated, their role in church leadership and in the home is to be submissive - much the same way I am to be submissive to my employer. That doesn't make me less valuable (as a person) than him, etc...
