Up to you. Not in our family. It may look as chaos if I tried to explain it, but it just works. The definitive voice is the agreement. If there's one strongly dissenting voice, we just let it sit for a couple of days and rethink it. And there are no actual meetings - anything can be disputed over breakfast, or during a ride, or just anytime. Doesn't even sound like a dispute, no raised voices. Except sometimes, of course, but then apply the "let it sit" method.

I simply can't see myself as commanding.
