>>>As I questioned earlier, are you inferior to your boss - as a person? No! Neither is a woman inferior to a man.
>>>
>>>Howard, it's insightful that you continue to draw the analogy of "boss/worker". From every practical angle, a "boss" is "superior" to subordinates (there's a reason why the expression "report to your superior" is so prevalent!).

>>As it relates to organizational structure - yes an employee is subordinate to their superior. But, as it relates to the value of a person - as a person - they are not inferior - they are not less of a person just because they're an employee. That's the point. Women are not less of a person - just because they're women. They are, however as an organizational model subordinate to their husbands and their church leadership.

>What I don't understand is how far do you intend to stretch this analogy. One becomes a boss by fulfilling the requirements for the position; the positions can change - you can be promoted, demoted, or just go out of the loop and start something else.

>Woman becomes a woman by birth. And that's (dis)qualification enough to be in subordinate position in your family-as-a-corporation forever? How is this deserved?

>Let me guess: by divine fiat?

Every analogy breaks down at some point...the point of this one is to show that women are not inferior to men just as employees are not inferior (as a person) to their employers.
