>>>As it relates to church leadership and to leadership in the home, women are to be submissive to men (according to my beliefs.) However, they are not worth less to God. They are not less important than men. They are not less valuable than men. Simply stated, their role in church leadership and in the home is to be submissive - much the same way I am to be submissive to my employer. That doesn't make me less valuable (as a person) than him, etc...

That God deemed it appropriate 2000 years ago for women to submit to men (without considering them inferior), but that He wants a new order today, due to changes in the general circumstances?

Pssst .... the Bible was not written by God but by men. Like any other document, the writers chose what to put in, what to leave out, what to stress, what to soft-pedal. If you think they were just taking dictation from some higher power, well, we have different opinions. If nothing else I wouldn't expect a God with the powers you ascribe to Him to put so many contradictions into one book. You can find support for just about any opinion in the Bible if you look hard enough.
