hmmm... even I don't understand this. If a talented woman were to teach, why wouldn't I want to listen and learn from her? I think you have to look at the context of the scripture. When Paul wrote this he was in a whole different environment and speaking to people of different culture then ours. Surely, God understands the differences between cultures.
