This is called a lambo door kit. I do not recommend that however to most of the cars. This is quite complicated to manage if you use your car on a daily basis. Some professional shops can handle the kit by themselves to make it custom. But, most of those kits you will find on cars come from distributors. The concept is using cylinders and some adjustments in the fenders. Once it's done, you cannot reverse the process. As this is removing some of the isolation, the car is less silent as it used to be on the highway.
