I've invited myself to be a member of my Unary Nochurch (a highly disorganised congregation of one), which I accepted under the following conditions:
- won't ever try to tell me what to do
- won't ever think of telling me what not to do
- won't ever ask for money
- the only advice it is allowed to give me is "you should think about that"
- it won't comment on my personal life
- it won't ever dare try to ask me to increase the number of its members

As for the holy book, the Guide is quite fitting, specially the part about the reintroduction of death penalty for insurance company directors. Too bad Adams didn't live long enough to pen something equally strong about banks.

Other holy texts are those written by Terry Pratchet, or spoken by the Monty Python gang, Eddy Izzard and a few select others.
