Don't you think your advice is a little condescending ? Perhaps a little less sarcasm and a little more " if it were me I would " would help.

After all this is a man's faith we are talking about and I think it is a little off base to ridicule it.

OK, how about this - teach kids to be strong and smart and brave. The rest they can figure out for themselves.
