I've tried with another set of data on my colleague's PC and got the error right away.

I'm thinking: the code uses lots of insert, Seek, replace, but it also uses Select-SQL. May be I need to change SELECT-SQL to LOCATE? It will also help us to eliminate duplicates still in buffer...
