I don't think you can find a passage that allows for a husband to beat his wife - with no allowance for the wife to do the same to her husband. The only passages I know of would be some of the OT laws that prescribe stoning to death of an adulterous wife - but - I believe the same would be true of an adulterous husband. So, yes - have it it - see what you can come up with.
