Hi again! Yes - you understand correctly, and it won't be a problem for networking as this is not the intent. None of the 400 sites have a network and all of them are installing to a local drive.
I can easily determine the directory name by looking at the signon table and checking for the contents in their site field.
You say you don't see a problem with renaming directories in VFP? Would it be smarter to use windows api calls (if there are any?)
