I don't think Israel's intent was to kill 100's of Arabs. I think their intent was to kill 100's of members of Hezbollah and keep Hezollah from resupplying. Civilians are going to die in war. Unfortunate, but true. To me the distinction is deliberately targeting civilians. I can definitely say groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah do that. I have seen no evidence that it's the policy of Israel.
