As for the 2nd part, I'm familiar with the term, as you've used it several times.

I've asked you twice now to whom you're referring, and twice you declined. So I'm just going to assume that nothing has changed, that this is just another invertebrate-like tactic of tossing out a nice safe general reference without actually naming anyone.
