it's not my feelings i worry about - it's my childrens'. They had a stand-in teacher at school one day who started spouting all your original sin stuff - miserable sinners, fallen from grace, rot in hell etc.

Before my kids were born i thought of religion as charming nonsense - but since they were born and we moved to Canada (away from Terry's brand of xianity and towards yours) i've come to think of it as poisonous and dangerous.

They are not miserable sinners, fallen from grace, in need of redemption ; they are perfect creatures full of fun and mischief with a life of unlimited potential ahead of them. I consider it my duty to keep them as far away from beliefs such as yours for as long as i can.
