In addition to Sergey's and Plinio's advice - on your VFP Menu:
Tools->Options->Control Tab for the active X ones (use the SP 5.0 - it allows themes).

Or - [just] make one out of a shape control - you can even stirate it like the OCX SP 5 Progressbar!
