>A couple of customers reported to me that they can't see the help file (.CHM made with the use of West-Wind product). When they select the help they briefly see a message "Action Cancelled.". One of the customers talked to their IT who says that this is probably due to some kind of security patch MSFT put in the IE that blocks use of .CHM files.

The CHM file must be store on the local HD, or the OS must be patched.
