Unguided rockets that carry a total payload of 40 pounds including the ball bearings.
Seems to me the metal itself of a 1000lb guided rocket/missile/whatever has more weight and breaks up far more thana bunch of ball bearings.

Guided rockets seem to be poorly guided too, making them as bad as "unguided" rockets.
The terrorists have apparently flown 1150 rockets into Israel since hostilities started. Israel now has somewhere near 60 DEAD while there are over 450 DEAD in Lebanon. To me it says the Israelis are lucky they are facing UNguided rockets, and not guided ones.
