Thanks for the quick reply. I don't have much experience in working with FoxPro so I have more questions.
The way I want the report to be displayed is - if a certain condition is true, the field will be red, else the field will be the default black colour. How exactly do I set the properties you said to set eg. colour? I can't see where to set it in the right click Properties option of the field.
