In Windows 95, the user can set the scroll bar size in the display settings area.

Does anyone know how I can read this setting?

I want to set the widths of my grids dynamically at run-time, and I need to add the width of the vertical scroll bar to the width of the grid. The client has pesky users who have set things (like scroll bar sizes) to all kind of wacky widths, etc.
