This resulted in a lengthy, divergent thread. I gave up on machine language translation long ago -- it was comical. Most places in my application where text has to be displayed there is a function call that retrieves the text from a database file the key to which is the message number and a suffix identifying the language. If I can't use a function call the text is hard coded. All my translations (which only amounts to English and Canadian French) are done by hand.
