I watched a very interesting and moving docu the other night, following the exploits, trials and tribulations of a group of 8th Cav, in armoured hummers, on patrol in Iraq (the misfits?). During the filming 2 of their comrades were killed in ambushes and such (not on camera). It was extremely moving to see their reactions to these, some being good or best buddies with the fallen, during the memorial services, and so on, how the captain cried when he was giving a morale boosting speech to his troops after the deaths, how they all cried and hugged each other. It was a far cry from the gung-ho, lock'n'load image that cinema alwya sgives the US troops.

Also I noticed that some of them wore different helmets - shorter at the back, and flat to the forehead in front, with no curved protruding rim. Is this a new issue, or is it for a specific purpose, anyone know.
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
