Hello,
I have a client that is trying to connect to my software through a Citrix Box. The client can make one connection without problem - the software runs fine, etc. He is not able to make more than one simultaneous connection.
The software runs just fine on the LAN; i.e., as long as the computer is on the LAN and not running through Citrix, multiple connections to the software can be made and everything works just fine.
I normally use Mixed Mode security on SQL and pass a username/password built into the executable via SQLCONNECT(). We have modified the ODBC drivers to use SQL authentication and NT authentication. We have tried Mixed Mode security and NT security on the SQL server. Nothing we have tried so far changes the fact that as long as we are on the LAN, multiple connections can be made. As soon as we try to go through Citrix, only one connection can be made.
Does anyone have experience using Citrix with a VFP app and SQL backend? Any idea why there can only be one connection through Citrix?
Thanks,
TFISHER
