http://www.defendamerica.mil/articles/may2006/a052606ms2.html. I don't think we aren't being told anything, I just think its a lot easier to be the hider, not the seeker. Plus, the mountains are on both sides of the border, and who knows where the Pakistani loyalties really lie.
