True, but what's worse - not knowing when your house will be the next target, or knowing that it will be but not exactly when? And specially the "ooops" in the end may be quite nerve-wrenching.

And the excuse "sorry about civilian casualties, blame the terrorists for hiding among civilians". Really, why don't they hide in the deep forests or swamps like any other guerrilla in the world?
