Hi Hilmar
Forgive me for approaching you direct but I'm so tired now and I need to get this done before goiig on holiday. As you can see, Sergey's already given me some advice but, as you're the excel auto guru (:-) I thought of going straight to you, just in case you haven't noticed this post.
Cheers
Terry
>>Phew! I've just about finished my panic report. Now I've exported it to Excel. I know how to automate the s/s but I just need to know how to:

OK
3) I need to sub-total and total some columns. Is there a way to automate that?
Sad because the cursor fits my report, and in the report I've used report vars for the totals, now it seems I need to do it all again in the s/s.
4) Nice to slot a heading row in saying what dates etc.
Tired, so very tired now ....
