I am really no expert in all of these subjects - but I think that in each and every case, you should save a macro (Note 1), look at the generated code, and adapt it to Visual FoxPro. If you have trouble with the latter step - this is likely to happen in some cases - ask specifically, here on the UT, how to adapt such-and-such a code.

(Note 1)Save a macro, do the desired action (for instance, insert a row), stop saving the macro, look at the generated macro code.
