I worked till two pm this Sunday and found several bugs in the code. The code didn't work correctly when I used % as second parameter. I hope I fixed all the bugs now. In addition I applied ideas from Thomas to make OpenQueueTable and CommitChanges methods more efficient and short. I put several new methods into the base class.
