I've upgraded to Windows 98 (and converted to FAT32) without any problems.

I haven't yet had the need to use a Setup Wizard created setup disk so I can't comment on that particular issue.

PS Windows 98 is really worth it. It does seem to be faster that Windows 95 and the Office 97 style menus (even in VFP - animated 3D menus sans icons) helps keep VFP current.
