so you mean to say you've been programming for a couple of years now, eh? :-)

one thing i discovered i like with the empty class vs. line is that when i'm debugging and trying to see the values in the watch window, i don't have to scroll through all the properties of the "empty" class to get to the only ones to me that matter (which i have to do with "line"). with the emtpy class, everything i want is right there and there's nothing else.
