I am trying to deploy a clickOnce app to a 2003 server, but i keep getting two errors first I get error something like

The Web server does not appear to have the FrontPage server extensions installed


and once I have install frontpage extensions I get 

 
The server sent a response which FrontPage could not parse.  If you are trying to connect to a Windows SharePoint Services server, check with the server's administrator to make sure Windows SharePoint Services is installed properly


what am I doing wrong?
