I'm confused by Step 2 of the VFP9 Upsizing Wizard - "Data Source" - after selecting my DBC in Step 1, it asks for a connection to an ODBC Source or Connection. There aren't any listed in the "Available data sources" list.

Reading the VFP help file is not very illuminating - do I need to have a connection to the final destination SQL Server already set up *inside* the source DBC ? Do I need a User DSN, System DSN, or File DSN set up via Control Panel > Administrative Tools > ODBC Data Source ? Then which VFP ODBC driver to use?
