Andy, if you don't want to go with a parameterized view, then add an index that has the ID key that links to the master table PLUS the field(s) you want to order by - for example, MyID+DtoS(InvoiceDate) would show the items in date order.

Use this tag to link your master and child tables.

>I was in error when I said the rows are not being displayed in index order. They are but in the order of the index used to link to the master table. I want to display them in an order using another index on the child table. After reading the FoxPro doc again it looks like this may not be possible.
