People are already running 32 bit VFP on 64 bit processors and seeing big improvements.

>I wouldn't give 2 bits for 64 bits if I were looking for performance gains. Little performance gain could be attributed to the switch from 16 bits to 32 bits with the applications we write and I expect little would improve if VFP were upgraded to 64 bits.
