Thanks to all who answered. Between them all, I think I've got something to work with. I think Cathy's answer is probably the one I'll go with, if'n I can get it to work!

>The height of the detail band cannot be defined taller than the height of the page, less the page header and page footer bands. It doesn't matter if you have a bunch of the fields that don't end up printing because of print when logic. The "defined" height is what FoxPro looks at.
