I'm sure we could all go on for hours about dumb users - but I have one that takes the cake.
Years ago I sent a client a 5 1/4 disk for thier updates. I getta phone call and she cant read the disk. She had a brand new drive. She had a brand new 3 1/2 floppy drive. She'd actually taken the 5 1/4 disk and folded it in half and stuffed it into the 3 1/2 floppy drive. Naturally she couldn't get the disk out of the drive either, I actually had to send someone over there to take the stupid thing apart to pull the folded up disk out.
...and oh yeah this was supposed to be the clients 'super computer savy person'.
