Dear Cathy -
I tried this and now I have the same problem I had when I tried to move the info to a Title band...

Everything in the top part prints on one page and the stuff in the other band prints on a new page. Now I've made sure 'New Page' isn't checked anywhere, so I'm flummoxed. This happens whether I have the top stuff in the Group Header and the bottom stuff in the detail or the top stuff int he group header and the bottom stuff in the group footer. Any idea why I might be getting a page reset? The main driving View is a one record view.

>The height of the detail band cannot be defined taller than the height of the page, less the page header and page footer bands. It doesn't matter if you have a bunch of the fields that don't end up printing because of print when logic. The "defined" height is what FoxPro looks at.

>To get around this, create a data group with the expression of RECNO(). Now you have two more bands .. one above and one below the detail band. You can take advantage and move some fields to the group header, keep some in the detail band, and move some to the group footer band.
