Probably a good thing you didn't drink any; I recall hiking, rolling around and other stuff in the hill behind the brewery one night. I'm sure I did nothing good for the 1984 vintage...

>I was there around 1988. They had free samples of their beer at the end of the tour. People were smashed! I did not drink the product as I do not like it, but I did enjoy the tour.

>As I left the parking lot at Coors, I noticed many police cars in nearby driveways. I guess they were waiting to issue a few DUI's and make some money for Goldon. :)

>>I did the same in 1984. I recall that there was a small bar down the street that had 35 cent draft beers and 65 cent mixed drinks. Me and the girl I was with at the time, Janis, got totalled for about $15. There was also a girl there who was wasted who took off her shirt and traded it for mine. I thought she looked pretty stupid until Janis brought to my attention that I was wearing hers, which was about 3 sizes to small. There's more to that particular story, but you see the descending direction it's headed...

>>>I went for the tour at the Coors plant in Golden, Colorado. I have fond memories of the Bob Cat being used to stir the malt on the plant floor to move it around a bit. They told us it takes six months before the malt is ready for use.
