You can use COPY TO ... but before copying all the files make sure no one is using them, as changes could be "on the air". What's more, if there are related tables, it could happen that if a user is making changes those get saved in the parent table and not the child table (while you copy them). It's an odd posibility, but it could happen; this is why you should check that none of the files of the database is in use before copying them.
