Not if it's a server from the Netware family.

If the Novell Server is a Suse Linux server (the current family of Novell servers) it's probable, but depends on your project. Running ASP.NET on Linux requires Mono (another Novell product) which so far is basically .NET 1.1. If you are only using features that have been implemented in Mono, or you can rewrite the application to be 1.1 compatible, you could deploy to Linux. On the Mono web site there's a VMWare image that you can use to try out if your application runs on Mono (http://www.mono-project.com/Main_Page).
