>I installed an upgrade version of vfp9 over vfp6. I've run into a couple of incompatibilities and want to remove vfp9 for the time being so that my vfp6 apps can run as unusual. However, when I look at add/remove programs, vfp9 does not appear. Nor is there an uninstall program in the vfp9 folder. What to do? Thanks--

You can safely have many versions of VFP installed on the same machine without any problems whatsoever, if you keep them in separate directories, and use separate resource files and config.fpw files.
