By shared out, do you mean the actual ASP.NET files exist on a Novell file server, but pointed to by a separate Windows box running IIS?

This may be difficult, as I do not know exactly how user impersonation would work with Novell. Without impersonation, the app would be run as the ASPNET user on the web server.
