You raise an interesting issue. I find that the help file is perfect for my use. It gives concise and useful information without all the details. It acts as a great reference when I know what I want. The books, either printed or online, have more detailed explanations in them. Especially the developer's guide.

I don''t know if adding alot more info into the help file would make more or less useful. I guess it just depends on where one is coming from.
