I don't know if models sold elseware have the charger unit, but yes there is a way to plug the ones here into a wall outlet.
The hacks I was talking about though changes what happens when the car is actually running - making it run more off battey and less of gas, and causing it to charge more when it IS on gas.
..and like any good hack I'm sure it wacks yer warranty.
