This is not supported in HTML or the scripting languages and for good reason. If you could programmatically set files to a file upload box it'd be way too easy for a malicious script to upload files to a server.

So with standard pure browser interfaces this is not possible. If you want to do this in the browser you'll need an ActiveX control or possibly a Java Applet that is properly configured for full access...
