I have been not used any CA product for many years. They have such a history of buying a product and then ruining it. Perhaps that has changed more recently.

Too early to tell yet. I've only been running it a week. It does offer services other than AV. It will also schedule defrag, backups, and Windows patch updates and has a much improved firewall over what ships with Windows.
