I have a VFP app that stores information about 1000's of jpg images. The images are not stored in a general field but rather the table contains a path to each picture.

Is there a way to extract the actual date/time the image was first created? I understood that this data is stored in the file. If the file is copied, this date/time will remain the same while the Windows date/time stamp will keep changing if the file is copied.

Any suggestions?
