In my VFP folder, I have a file called foxrun.pif - I am quite sure this is the file.

I am not sure how it works at runtime. Perhaps, if you place a foxrun.pif with the correct settings into the application folder, that is the file that will be executed with the RUN command, but I am not sure. Search the user's hard disk, to see if there are several copies of this file.
