The same way. change the third parameter to 3,4 or 5. What is confusing to me is in the link I pointed to earlier there is a statement (In German) that says (Loosely translated):
A GDI+ bit-map object stores ' with the compression modes "RLE", "CCITT3" ' and "CCITT4" by GDI+ as 1bppIndexed tiff ' with not optimized pallet>
